There was recently a new contest forum added to the Chobots.net forum. Citizens and staff members can hold contests here for in-game prizes of any kind. But first, there are a few rules:

- Citizens cannot ask staff members for help transferring bugs to other players. Citizens are allowed only to give away items using the gift feature.

-As the same with any other forum, stick on topic. Only post contest threads in this forum.

- Don't post fake contests.

 There is also a new payment method. With Paypal, you now have the option to subscribe to citizenship, which means it will renew every month, 6 months, or year depending on which package you chose.

As promised a couple weeks ago, Chobots is having another Game Night!


During Game Night, all contest leader boards will be active and you will be able to compete for a few hours. Prizes will be given out at the end.

Game night is at 8:00 PM Chobots time. That is 12:00 PST and 3:00 EST.

One hour before that, there will be an agent meeting. Agents should be sure to attend!

There is a new in-game status! This is the Elite Agent status. It is only given to the most trustworthy agents in Chobots.



Our first elite agent is Vchobot1!

If you're wondering what Elite agents can do, a staff member said earlier that they can:


Kick
Ban
Chat ban
Send mod messages
Warn
View chat history
Change room color

Today, a couple new agents joined the team.

Some more changes have been made to the staff list.


First, a new administrator has been added, and the others were taken off. The new admin is named Albert.



Second, a new department has been added. The older administrators have been moved to this category.

The members of this department are called Directors.

Today a few new changes were made to the moderation department:





As you can see, a new moderation named Bit has joined the team. And Officere, an old staff member, has returned.

Recently, a new feature was added. This feature allows you to search up any user's player-card!

Here's how you use it:




First, open your friends list.

Then click the purple button with a Chobot head on it.


This window will pop-up:


Simply enter the username of the user you would like to look up, and results are instantly displayed!



Have fun with this guys! I think this feature is very useful!

Here's some information about the journalist status:




-The badge will appear in the bottom-right corner of your player card.
-Clicking on the badge will take users to your blog.
-If you are chosen, your blog will appear on the official Chobots blogroll.
-How much you post is publicly visible to everyone. Make sure to post regularly or you might get removed!




Here's how you can improve your chances:

-Have a stylish blog
-Post regularly
-NEVER copy other people's work.
-Include pictures!
-Be active in the community.

1 Month citizenship:

-One part of knight suit*
 
-15,000 bugs




 6 Month citizenship:
 - Spy suit

 -90,000 bugs



12 Month citizenship:
-200,000 bugs
-Scorpio suit
-Bonus hopper item*

*Every time you buy 1 month citizenship, you get 1/3 of the knight suit.
*The bonus hopper is the fastest board in-game.



I think the scorpio suit looks like the coolest item to me. Which is your favorite?
